The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted A late checkout fee of $100 will be added if guests are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, and an additional $50 fee will be added for every 30 minutes after that. Renter must be at least 25 years old ****NO SMOKING**** Renter must provide a picture of their ID so the host can verify their age Provided towels shall not be removed from the condo to use at the pool or beach. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS Pool access keys provided. $200 replacement fee applied if lost or not returned Other things to note IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy.
